关于s5p4418/s5p6818 u-boot 和 linux内核  HDMI分辨率的设置方法，及相关文件

需要修改的相关文件：

kernel:

u-boot:

6, u-boot/board/s5p6818/nanopi3/board.c

最后在打包文件时，把eflasher文件夹中的uboot 和 boot.img文件一起更新,重新生成做卡img文件
